We are a fast-paced web development company that is experiencing rapid growth. We market one of the fastest growing website families on the Internet. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant.
Proactively manage and maintain the agenda of the Sales Manager by scheduling meetings and conference calls, and arranging appointments with internal staff and external clients/vendors to optimize the use of time.
Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, sales staff and Ad Coordinator and other staff.
Filter Sales Manager email and manage incoming calls.
Work with confidential documentations
Communicate with clients and other externals parties when required.
Book appointments, meetings, and travel plans for staff and guests.
Prepare reports and other written materials
Prepare correspondence, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, delivery and filing
Order office supplies in accordance with departmental budgets.
Create and compile reports as required.
Contribute to overall team efforts.
1-3 years previous administrative experience
Ability to consistently produce high quality work within deadlines
Accustomed to a fast-paced environment and constantly shifting priorities
Proactive, detail oriented and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
Proven ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills are a must.
